eatrightfitnessSM is conveniently located on the southwest corner of LBJ-635 and Preston Road in the Landmark LBJ office building between Montfort Drive and Preston Road. Dr. Adams is on the fourth floor and visitor parking can be found in the front of the building.
From Westbound LBJ-635:
Exit 22A Montfort Drive
Stay in left lane and make a u-turn on overpass across LBJ
Continue (east) on the LBJ access road until you see the Landmark LBJ building on your right
Use the elevator and go to the 4th floor and enter suite 400 (Ty Commercial Group) and ask for me at the front desk.
From Eastbound LBJ-635:
Exit 21 Preston Road
Turn right (south) onto Preston Road
Turn right into the Preston Valley Shopping Center and go all the way through the shopping center parking lot and take a right (north)
The Landmark LBJ office building should be on your right
